Products

The Bucket Lady sells products that may include laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, household cleaners, degreasers, bleach products, scent beads, body wash, powdered cleaning or laundry products, and related merchandise.

Pickup, Delivery and Shipping

Pickup, local delivery, and shipping may be available depending on the customer’s location and the products ordered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and shipping information.

Delivery or shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Shipping charges, delivery charges, minimum order requirements, or service-area restrictions may apply.

Product Safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all product labels, warnings, directions, and safety instructions.

Cleaning and laundry products should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Products intended for household cleaning or laundry use must not be swallowed or used as food.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Do not mix cleaning chemicals unless the product directions expressly state that doing so is safe. In particular, customers should never mix bleach with ammonia, acids, or other incompatible cleaning products.

If accidental ingestion, exposure, or another medical emergency occurs, seek appropriate medical assistance or contact Poison Control.

Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information before use.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, respiratory sensitivities, or other concerns, discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

Body and Personal-Care Products

Products intended for external personal-care use are for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise.

Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Wholesale and Resale Orders

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, custom labeling, private labeling, or resale arrangements may be subject to separate requirements communicated at the time of purchase.

Wholesale, custom, personalized, private-label, or specially prepared orders may have different cancellation or return restrictions.

Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products

Because many of our products may be liquid, chemical, personal-care, custom-filled, or prepared for a particular order, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, customized, or tampered with.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, leaking, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact The Bucket Lady promptly with their order information and photographs when appropriate.

Eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, occasional errors involving prices, descriptions, inventory, photographs, or availability may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or modify an affected order when reasonably necessary. If a paid order must be canceled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded.

The Bucket Lady name, original logos, original graphics, photographs, product names, website content, marketing materials, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AEAA Group LLC d/b/a The Bucket Lady will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow warnings or instructions, improper storage, unauthorized product combinations, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
